How to Use This Planner

  1. Fill this out after dinner or as your evening study begins.
  2. Schedule lighter tasks for evening. Heavy cognitive work is better earlier.
  3. Set a firm screen cutoff time at least 30 minutes before bed.
  4. Use the wind-down checklist to transition from study to rest.
  5. Prepare for tomorrow so you wake up ready to start.
  6. Keep your bedtime consistent even on weekends.
  7. Quality sleep improves memory consolidation of what you studied.
