How to Use This Planner

  1. Before studying, check off the distractions that commonly affect you.
  2. Set up your environment and complete your focus ritual.
  3. Create if-then plans for your biggest triggers.
  4. During each session, tally distractions and rate your focus percentage.
  5. Use the defense plan when you notice yourself getting distracted.
  6. At the end of day, calculate your focus stats.
  7. Reflect on patterns—same time? Same triggers? Same locations?
  8. Adjust tomorrow's plan based on what you learned.
