How to Use This Planner

  1. Write the date and your single focus for the day.
  2. List only 3 tasks—the three that would make today successful.
  3. Assign tasks to rough time blocks (morning, afternoon, evening).
  4. Use notes for anything that comes up during the day.
  5. At day's end, check "Day complete" and set tomorrow's #1 priority.
  6. That's it. No tracking, no metrics, no complexity.
