How to Use This Planner

  1. Fill this out Friday evening or Saturday morning before the weekend starts.
  2. Set realistic balance goals. Weekends need rest, not just study.
  3. Identify must-do tasks first. Everything else is secondary.
  4. Schedule study blocks during your most alert hours.
  5. Include social time and activities. Isolation leads to burnout.
  6. Use Sunday evening to prepare for the week ahead.
  7. Review your weekend to improve future planning.
