How to Use This Template

1

Plan Your Sessions

Each morning (or night before), decide how many focus sessions you'll do. Start with 4-6 sessions per day.

2

Assign Tasks

Give each session a specific task. "Math homework" is better than "study." Be specific.

3

Start the Timer

Begin your first session. Focus only on that one task until the timer ends. No switching.

4

Take Real Breaks

When the break starts, actually step away. Stretch, walk, hydrate. Don't check social media.

5

Track & Improve

At end of day, note which sessions worked best. Adjust session length and timing over time.
